Dear Parent / Guardian

We are delighted to officially launch our club trip to Kingswood and the Holt Rugby Festival to you and your child(ren).

The two day residential educational adventure activity course at the Kingswood Centre at Overstrand takes place from Friday 8th April 2011 to 10th April 2011. Kingswood is the leading residential activity centre provider, welcoming over 130,000 children each year. Their centres provide a rewarding educational programme offering many National Curriculum-linked modules combined with thrilling outdoor and indoor adventure activities, with secure and controlled residential accommodation.

We know that the children had a truly enjoyable time last year and we hope that they have an even better time this year. Accommodation is available to U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, and parents (should you really want to stay), and day entrance is open to U8 only. We will be entering an U7's team to play at the festival on Sunday 10th April, so we do hope to see a lot of U7s attending.

The children benefit hugely from the experience, both educationally and socially and we feel certain that the Adventure Choice programme which we have chosen this year will prove to be both enjoyable and very worthwhile whilst building team skills.

The cost for this trip will be:-

2 nights full board accommodation and activities - £98.00* 1 day entrance – Activities and lunch - £28.00 *This price includes the cost of transportation on Friday 8th April (Inc VAT)

If your child would like to attend, we require a deposit of £20.00 by 16th September along with a completed tour form and 3 payments of £26.00 by 16th December (if you want to avoid the VAT increase in January...!)

If you would like your child to attend, but have concerns on cost; please speak to either David Scott or myself in confidence.
